They are claiming that the story given by the suspect to the police, incriminating the relative, is mostly fabricated.The owner of the property in which Ganesh was killed is one who is more than convinced that Alleyne has given police a concocted story, pointing to a number of inconsistencies in his statement.In the first instance, the man said that while the killer initially told investigators that while searching the house he had entered the first bedroom on the upper flat; the video footage however showed that he did not.The property owner also told this newspaper that Alleyne wrongfully implicated the neighbour of the house that Ganesh was killed in.“All of this is a total lie. I think that this guy read the newspapers and he is just acting out what he read.
