By the time this was taken care of, the much anticipated Dancehall Queen showdown had to be omitted from the show because of time constraints.The male finalists in the Dancehall King Competition however were showcased at the event. The Dancehall King and Queen finals are now set for a date and venue to be announced. Meanwhile,Juwan Howard Wizards Jersey, auditions will continue every Sunday night at the Blue Iguana Nightclub.The acts on stage were mostly fantastic as was seen when Jorey Hector of Brutal Tracks Recording made his appearance. The large crowd screamed and waved their support as he performed some of his most rated pieces. His energy and raunchy stage style set the crowd on fire, leaving them chanting his name when he left the stage.Then it was time for Marlon ‘Malo’ Webster to perform and he truly delivered to patrons their money’s worth of hyped entertainment. From the moment he hit the stage, it was sheer energy, exquisite dancing skills and suggestive slangs that had the females reveling in sensual abandon.Many of them almost swooned when he left the stage to touch their hands or faces. Her suggestive and so very sensual dance moves were well received especially by the male audience.Reigning Soca Monarch, Shellon ‘Shelly G’ Garraway as expected sizzled,Draymond Green Team USA Jersey, performing her trademark pieces ‘Touch Me’, ‘Work It’, ‘Babymother’,Chris Paul Team USA Jersey, and ‘Talk yuh Name’ featuring ‘Fojo’.Fojo himself delivered a blow away performance and as usual had the ladies almost swooning in sensual delight. Ballys and Wilbur ‘Lilman’ Levans were forces to be reckoned with and showcased vocal talent that is definitely headed for higher places.Adrian Dutchin took the bull by the horns and blazed a trail long to be followed by many. Soon he had the crowd singing along in unison and some were even waltzing on the Thirst Park lawns.When the show came to a closure some time after 03:00 hrs, all seemed contented and satisfied. |
