Human Resources and Social Department: the first quarter of the overall balance of labor supply and demand | Employment Services | Market Information
First quarter of 2014, China's human resources market information monitoring center for public employment services 102 cities nationwide market supply and demand information were analyzed. These cities spread across the major regions, with the urban population of 180 million, accounting for nearly 46.7% level and above the city's urban population; with the urban practitioners (including urban self-employed) 5366 million, accounting for about 54.8% level and above employees in urban areas. Market supply and demand information for the quarter mainly exhibit features the following aspects:

First, the overall balance of supply and demand in the labor market; compared to the same period last year and the previous quarter, the number of market supply and demand showed a rising trend.

From the comparison of supply and demand, the employer recruitment through public employment services all categories of personnel 629.2 million, 565.3 million job seekers entering the market, job vacancies and job seekers ratio of 1.11, both over-year increase of 0.01.

From the aggregate supply and demand, compared with same period last year, the number of demands for the quarter increased by 35.6 million, an increase of 6.3%, the number of job seekers increased by nearly 20 million people,cappelli obey, an increase of 3.9%.
