International Development Bank (IDB) Country Representative Marco Nicola; Pan-American Health Organisation (PAHO) Country Representative,Joc Pederson Dodgers Jersey, Dr. Kathleen Israel; and Chinese Ambassador to Guyana Zhang Jungao were also present at the presentation.Secretary General of the Guyana Red Cross Dorothy Fraser received the donation on behalf of the Convalescent Home,Elvis Andrus Rangers Jersey, and sincerely thanked the diplomatic corps for taking such an interest in the children’s home.Fraser told media operatives that the Corps has made similar donations in previous years,Los Angeles Dodgers Corey Seager Jersey, and has therefore contributed to the children’s home greatly.Twenty-nine children are currently cared for at the home,Mikael Ishak Sweden Jersey, a majority of which are under the age 10.The 22 member staffed institution can care for up 30 children,Matias Vecino Uruguay Jersey, but have found in recent years the necessity to take on more.
