With the help of the security personnel the defendant was arrested and taken to the Kitty Police station where he was placed in custody.”The prosecutor told he court that the computer was recovered when Ishmael took Ramkarran along with a police to the person to whom he had already sold the computer.When asked if he would like to say anything, Ishmael, declined. He then told the court that he was just standing on the verandah. “I was just standing there”.With that he was sentenced to three years in prison.
