The lawyer in his bail application said that his client is a brush cutter operator with three minor children. He said that he was instructed by his client that Scipio was the person who started the fight.Lake said that Scipio occupies the upper flat of the house and he is always in the habit of disturbing his client who lives in the lower flat of the building.He said that on the day in question his client had gone to confront and warn Scipio. The lawyer said that his client,Enos Slaughter Cardinals Jersey, after warning the man turned away and was heading to his house when Scipio followed him.He said that there was a scuffle between the two parties. The lawyer noted that both parties were injured and had to seek medical treatment. Lake said that his client went to the Georgetown Public Hospital to seek medical attention and was arrested by the police.He said that his client was not given the chance to be properly examined by any doctor at the institution.The lawyer further added that Kumar was only released on station bail after they filed a habeas corpus in the High Court.He added that Kumar posed no flight risk and he should be admitted to bail in a reasonable sum.However,Troy Tulowitzki Blue Jays Jersey, Police Prosecutor Stephen Telford in his address to the court said that bail should be denied since Kumar might interfere with the virtual complainant. The prosecutor also stated that the VC is still seeking medical attention.Kumar is expected to make another court appearance today.
